3 Bedroom 2 bathroom in the Mount Vernon Hybla Valley area. Roomate will have a private unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom with another roommate. Access to all common areas such as the living room, patio, and kitchen. Roughly 1,155 sq ft. Rent is about $500 bills not included, but since everything will be split between the 4 of us, utilities aren’t that much more. Must clean up after yourself and respect the other roomates belongings.
