Matthew's room

Looking for a single roommate to be able to move in this upcoming August 1st. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished and includes a fully stocked kitchen with multiple appliances, full fridge and gas oven with 5 burner stovetop as well. We also have a a full living room with 4K tv and sectional couch. Lastly on the second floor of our space we have direct access to a full roof with city views and all tenants can use a public courtyard with a grill and tables on the 1st floor. Were located in in an amazing spot in Clinton Hill pretty close to almost anything you can think of including grocery stores, great restaurants, a G train stop 2 blocks away and Fort Green Park about 15 minutes away by walking as well as the Barclays Center which is about a 20 minute walk. The building also has in building laundry in the basement.

The room thats you’ll be in measures at 104-105“ wide and 101“ deep at the longest point, while the side with the closet has a depth of like 92“. It optimally can fit a full size bed and a small desk but currently has a queen size bed in it if your willing to have a bit of a tighter space. This room also shares one of the 2 bathrooms in the space with our other roommate on the second floor.

Additional fees of gas, electric and internet are split between all roommates equally once a month as well.

I’m an Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer that works for a kitchen appliance company. the other two roommates in the space are a Comedian and Bartender and a UX/UI Designer. Just looking for one more person to fit in with us.
