This is a quiet home, includes all utilities, fully furnished, including all linens and a fully furnished kitchen. The home also has a security system. It is set in a beautifully landscaped yard and patio (SEE ALL PICTURES). It is a shared bathroom, however, the share is with one other female only, and the bathroom is VERY LARGE 10 ft. x 20 ft, with a private vanity and storage for EACH person, plus additional storage. It also has a 5 ft x 10 ft rain shower. (PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES) - All dinnerware, flatware and cooking facilities; as well 2 large refrigerators, so each person has a full half refrigerator and freezer FOR EACH ROOMATE; laundry facilities, as well as all common areas, and the large, designed patio, with chairs, tables, lights, heaters, even in the winter, and a great BBQ. I am a single woman who owns a landscaping business and does interior design. YOU MUST HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR!! There is one other person renting a room, a lady 28 years old; she is gone a lot with her job. The rooms are fully furnished, including all linens, A EXTREMELY LARGE CLOSET, and includes parking, Wifi, and laundry. In the summer months there is full AC, and there is fresh coffee each morning about 7:00 am, or you can have your own personal coffee or tea pot in your room if you choose. The home has a very calm atmosphere, people have almost always stayed longer than planned, some as long as 2 years; and the home is kept very clean. No pets.
