Melody's room

Apartment is located in Arden-Arcade. sq ft room, includes walk in closet ( sq ft) and a personal sink. The apartment is furnished but the room is not. Nothing in the picture of the room or sink will stay. The apartment is all hardwood floors. Tenant will have one parking spot available to them. Must be okay with living with two cats, more pets are welcome! Only females between ages please. Preferably a non-smoker/drinker. Guests are welcome but no frequent partying.

There is only one girl living on the property at the moment. She is very clean and financially responsible. Shared spaces like the living room, kitchen and bathroom are always kept tidy. She is a 19-year-old student currently studying at American River College.
