LOOKING TO FIND SOMEONE TO MOVE IN ASAP! This is a 3 bedroom apartment, but each has their own individual lease. I am looking for someone to take over my lease from December- August. (If you are looking to move in sooner, that can be arranged!) You will not need to pay the security deposit, OR FIRST MONTH OF RENT!! (I already pre-paid December) since you will be taking over my lease. THE ONLY FEE YOU OWE IS THE TRANSFER FEE WHICH IS ONLY $45!! If you like this place, you can resign! My room is the “master”, which has the walk in closet and in-room bathroom. There is the shared living space and kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge, stove, and a large pantry). I must add there is in-unit washer and dryer! Rent is $945 plus $50 flat rate of utilities. Which include water, AC/Heat, Parking, Wifi, Electricity, Trash, and 24 hour towing. This location is also gated! It is right next to the Assembly student housing. It is a 5 minute walk to 41st & Fox light rail station, which goes straight to Union Station! This room can come either furnished or unfurnished if you would like! Furnished includes: Bed, Desk & Chair, nightstand and two drawers. (Furniture in Pictures are not included, that is my own that i will be taking with me). All you need is to be able to pass a background check & proof of income!! (plus $45 lease transfer fee!)

My two other roommates are girls and they are both 20. One is a full time student and works a part time job and is always at her boyfriends house lol. The other is a full time waitress working late nights. So honestly this place is always chill and peaceful. I just got an opportunity to move down to Mexico and teach English! So, I am really hoping someone can take over my lease the sooner the better !!
