I’m a pretty reserved guy, and a lot of the time I’m doing different types of work at home, so I’m often just in my room. I frequently exercise and I have a clean background. Really, as a landlord, I’m not nitpicky as long as individuals are clean and follow the requirements above. In short, if you’re looking for a drama-free private room, this might be the pick for you.
