Ana's room

The apartment is a 2 bedroom one bath and located in a small quiet complex in North Park. Unfortunately, there is no AC however it does come with a parking space (tandem) and has street parking available. There is one shared bathroom so it is important that you’re open to sharing responsibilities with cleaning. This also applies to the shared kitchen however we can discuss how to split up the cleaning responsibilities as well. I have a lot of kitchenware that you are welcome to use however I do ask that you are respectful of it and clean up after using things.

I have an emotional support cat so it is important that you are comfortable with this prior to moving in. I am 420 friendly but just ask that it is not overbearing due to not wanting the smell to seep into other units or the walls. My partner does come over occasionally however, we typically just cook dinner and hangout in my room or watch tv in the living room depending on the time. I just finished up school and am looking for a calm roommate that is also motivated to focus on their careers/school rather than partying though whatever you do in your free time is your business as long as it does not interfere with my personal space at home.
