I have two rooms opening up in my house in Manayunk. New property management company bought the place and move-in can be in August or September!

We’ve got a lot of space in the house. It’s 3 floors plus a basement and patio. One bathroom, washer/dryer in the basement, no central A/C but there is heat in the winter.
