Alberto's room

Room available for rent in my three-bedroom house located 7 miles (about 17 minutes) from Universal Studios. You will have your own bathroom and will be sharing the house with another male roommate (25 y.o.). The room has a desk, chair and mattress all of which can be removed if you have your own furniture. There’s a very friendly cat in the house. Internet included but water & electricity will be split in half with the other roommate. Laundry and parking on premises. Kitchen, dining room and living room are fully furnished. Security deposit is $500 and $50 to run background check. No smoking allowed.

The other roommate is very quiet, works full-time and enjoys working out. He uses the master bedroom and office in the house.
