Room Available in Bankers Hill – August 15 Move-In We’re looking for a third roommate to fill a mid/smaller-sized bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 1-bath house starting August 15. Rent is $1,450/month.

The house is in an awesome location—about a 5-minute walk to Little Italy, a 10-minute walk to Balboa Park, and just a couple of blocks from the I-5 on-ramp, so getting anywhere in San Diego is easy. We also have a great view of the bay and Coronado.

The house itself is much bigger than most places in the area. It has multiple living rooms, a separate dining room, a patio, and a small backyard, so there’s plenty of space to spread out. There’s a washer and dryer in the house, a five-car driveway with parking included, and plenty of street parking for guests.

The room is a comfortable mid/smaller-sized bedroom with a closet featuring floor-to-ceiling mirrored sliding doors, which gives the room a more open feel and provides plenty of storage.

A little about us: one of us is an artist and small business owner, (@parkermade_ / @parkerheath_) and the other works as a server at a restaurant nearby. We’re both pretty social and like getting out of the house, whether that’s grabbing drinks, going to the beach, or checking out what’s happening around San Diego. We enjoy having a good roommate relationship, but we’re definitely not a party house. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, pays rent on time, and wants to live in a comfortable, laid-back home.
