Casa Cristobal's room

Entire house has recently been remodeled to include new carpet, paint, fan, crown molding, baseboards, built in closet. We like to keep a clean and clutter free home. Professionally cleaned monthly. Comes with Refrigerator space, Microwave use and kitchen access to pots and pans. No overnight guests or smoking of any kind on property. Room faces quiet street and nice front yard. Home is currently occupied by couple who travel 25% of the time. Only one room will be rented to an easy going person who works outside of the home and keeps an active lifestyle like us. Preferably a responsible military or medical professional who wants a quiet and clean place to relax after a busy day.
