Furnished room in beautiful, clean house. Development offers pool, clubhouse, gym, basketball courts and playground. Driveway parking and use of laundry room (additional charge depends on how often it will be used). This is a house share so you will have use of kitchen, living room and yard. Single prefered but will accept a young child. Credit check, background check and recent paystubs are required. One year lease offered. No drugs please, no smoking indoors, outside only.

It’s just me and my friendly dog. I am 54 years young and fun! I work full time, in office Monday-Wednesday, home Thursday and Friday. I am typically gone from Friday night to Sunday night so you will have the house to yourself.
