The property in question is a townhome located at Trillum Apartments, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has been converted into an additional bedroom, effectively turning the living room into a sleeping area. The individual taking over the sublease would have exclusive access to the converted bedroom downstairs, as well as a convenient half bathroom. The townhome also offers amenities such as a washer and dryer. Additionally, there are three bus routes available (Green, Gold, and Mason bus), all of which provide transportation to George Mason University. Moreover, the townhome is within walking distance to a nearby Giant supermarket for grocery shopping.

Currently, there are six other occupants in the house, all of them male international master’s students attending George Mason University. They reside upstairs, while the available living space is downstairs. Ideally, I am seeking other master’s students as potential occupants.
