Wyoming house with one room available for rent. $750 includes utilities - wi-fi, laundry, and central air. Rent will be month to month. 2000+ sq ft house. Great location, and a fun place to live. For privacy you will always have your room, but you can also enjoy the full house - ie entertainment/living rooms, laundry room, kitchen, etc. as if the home was your own.

Room will be rented on a single occupancy basis. Guest are allowed, but no live-in guests. Please no cats or dogs. I have two dogs of my own.

About me. My name is Kathy, and I own/live in this house with my family. I work first shift from home. I’m easy going, but I’m firm when it comes to rent and general cleanliness.
