We are building a trio of unique, passionate, and mature women! 👩🏻‍💼👩🏼‍💼

• We both are working professionals in mid-20’s. One of us works non-traditional hours, and the other will be working remotely on some days 💻. One works in news, and the other works in education abroad administration. Therefore, you must be mindful and respectful if one of us is sleeping or working. 🙏🏻
• MUST be dog-friendly. There is a cutie Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. If you have a dog, it must be socialized with other dogs. 🐶
• NO smoking 🚭
• RELIABILITY in paying your due on time! We are splitting the apartment across the 3 of us. 💰📆

Our traits:

• Don’t just coexist— we want to be your friend! All 3 of us will be new to each other, so we want time to actually bond! ❤️
• Our house is a “safe space”, so we want to be comfortable around each other, communicate, and enjoy being chill together in the apartment. 🙂
• Cleanliness in the shared spaces is important—especially in the kitchen. 🧹
• Katelyn and Rachel are both transplants. Katelyn has lived in Knoxville for 2 years, and Rachel just moved in less than a week ago!
• Katelyn loves being outdoors and going to cute local events! ⛸🌲☀️ Rachel loves social dancing (salsa, bachata, swing, ballroom) and learning foreign languages. 💃🏻🌏 Both would love to invite you to these, as well as have cute coffee dates, watch movies/shows, play games, and great conversations. ☕️🎲🍿
