We are a group of young professional guys, ages 23-27, all relatively recent college grads. We have a great apartment located one block from Main Street in Manayunk. It’s walking distance to everything, with the tow path for running and biking one block away and the train which is two blocks away, so great location! One of our roommates is moving out, so we are looking for a similar guy to take his place.

We are “normal” guys with regular interests (work, gym, sports, some gaming). We hang out a bit together and bounce around Main Street and Center City, but everyone also has their own lives. We socialize with some of the neighbors and enjoy a few beers or cocktails, especially on the weekends. We are looking for a similar guy (college grad professional in same general age range) to join the apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a 75“ flat screen in the living room (which is where we tend to hang out). The available room is a decent size (about 12x11) with carpeting and a large closet. The apartment has central air, which is a major plus. The rent is $675 plus a share of the utilities. There are also several off-street parking options nearby. Availability is anytime in July or else August 1, but there is some flexibility on the date.

I found a job in a different town, and I am looking for somebody to take over my lease. The guys leaving there are friendly, quiet, and they keep the place clean.
