Looking to possibly rent our spare bedroom in 3bd/2bd home. It is very spacious. Bathroom is practically yours with the exception of when we have guests over, it will be shared. Home is usually quiet as there are only 2 of us living here. Occupancy will be for single person with OCCASIONAL overnight guests will be okay.
