Hello! My boyfriend and I are seeking a roommate to sublease one unfurnished bedroom/private bathroom in a spacious, 3BR 2BA apartment in Edgewater. The move-in date is flexible and could be any day between September 1st-15th. Rent is $2k (utilities included, one-month security deposit required) and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished! We have a corner unit and the bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Biscayne Bay, a large closet, and a ceiling fan. There is an assigned parking spot on the 1st floor of the garage for an extra $100/month and also free street parking. Our apartment is in a great location in Edgewater - walking distance to Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District and also super close to Downtown, Brickell, and Mid-Beach! Our names are Sophie & Tim, we are 29 y/o, easygoing, and friendly! We both work in Tech and work from home 5 days a week (but often are in and out of the apartment throughout the day). We travel quite a bit, so you’ll have the place to yourself occasionally! When we’re home/in Miami, we enjoy cooking, working out/playing sports, hanging at the beach, going to music shows/parties on the weekends, and having the occasional dinner party or wine/movie night.
