Master Bedroom, master bath Large living room/kitchen downstairs, with another bathroom. One covered parking spot on site, with street parking available. Bedroom is large, and only shares one wall through a closet. Kitchen is fully furnished. Laundry is on site. A/C in room. All utilities are included in monthly cost. We are looking for a single professional; current occupant is military. 15 minutes to MCBH. No pets, 3 month starting lease, and then we can discuss a longer term or month to month.
