Marcia's room

The house is located on a quiet street 15 minutes walk to the subway. A diverse neighborhood. You can take the bus or a cab for $3 to the train. The room is fully furnished with a window, built in closet, bed, dresser, ceiling fan, wifi with hardwood floors, lamp and plenty of space to store clothes. A short train ride to Manhattan approx. 45 minutes.

The house is shared with two very busy mature individuals. We wish to house someone that cleans up after themselves, considerate of others, busy as well, no smoking/drugs on the premises. The home is quiet, noise is not tolerated and tidy. We own a small dog. Very health conscious, daily walks and usually by 8:30 am I’ve achieved my goal of 10K steps.
