Genesis's room

We live in a two bedroom apartment and the kitchen and bathroom would be shared. The only occupants in the apartment are my partner and I. Electricity and gas are included in the rent. There is a washer and dryer in the unit along with private parking. The second bedroom is not furnished and comes with a spacious closet. Our apartment is close to Clark university, parks, and other shops.

I’m a full time student at Clark university and my partner works full time as a physical therapy assistant. We are looking for a tidy and reliable person that is friendly and respects boundaries.
