Beautiful home in one of Clear Lake City’s sought out single-family neighborhoods. The area is very quiet and HOA. You will have one of the larger of 3 bedrooms upstairs along with your own bathroom. Currently my adult son stays in one of the other rooms. You are welcome to share the kitchen and living room with us. Free Wi-Fi. Utilities are paid. Seeking one roommate. The room will have a comfy king-size bed, I just have to switch rooms. Photo of bed included. I’m in the medical field and would love to find someone else as well. No drugs/excessive alcohol consumption allowed. No smoking/vaping. I have a senior kitty and a small dog who is super friendly, just takes a few mins to get to know you. I can’t welcome more pets at this time, unfortunately.

I’m a medical professional. I have been traveling but hoping to come back from this assignment and find something closer to home. Looking to help someone while being helped in return. Visitors allowed on occasion and per discretion. May use all appliances. There is an exercise room with mats as well as a commercial grade elliptical that you may use. The neighborhood has a pool, which I have never used, but I can certainly get a pass within season and for long-term tenants only. Please be clean, tidy and responsible. I’m waiting until I get back from this contract in October to start considering potential tenants, so I am posting this a bit in advance. Looking to start renting in November.
