The home is located in a friendly, upscale community close to plenty of food and shopping. Internet, electricity, trash, and utilities are included in the price of the rent. Washer and dryer are both also in the home, so no need for a laundromat. Routine yard maintenance is also be taken care of at the my expense. I also pay for a monthly professional cleaning of the common areas and a periodic pest control service as a preventative measure. Since I own it and I’m living in it, you know I’m motivated to make sure it is well taken care of, and I’ll be making periodic improvements as well! :)

Right now, it’s me plus 2 roomies. I’m a male in my early 30’s who works from home. I’m a pretty quiet, go-with-the-flow kind of person. There’s one man, 40s, who lives here during the week and commutes home on weekends, and one woman, 30s, who lives here full-time. We’re all good communicators who’d rather get along than fight, and thankfully none of us are partners, so no potential relationship drama. Oh! One last roomie, a tiny little Dachshund who’s excitable at first, but will quickly make you into one of his people.
