3 bed 2 bath located in Happy Valley. Eventually, there will be a 3rd bath when remodeled. The current living situation is there are two of us here, 1 male (me) and the other female. We both work from home. There are 2 rooms available so there is a possibility to rent both(Rooms potentiallywill be available before posted date). Perfect for someone who WFH.

House is a split level on a quarter acre. There is a large gazebo that makes it perfect for grilling and hangouts, and there is a hottub. There is plenty of parking. Garage is a home gym/laundry room

I’m a 37 years old hard-working individual who currently works two government jobs. I work with at risk youth in a shelter care, and I’m also an Asset Accountant. Love the outdoors, sushi and my huskies! Recently started getting into diy home projects. I exercise regularly and also into paddle boarding!
