Hi! I have a large room for rent in a back house in North Hollywood near the noho arts district. Great location with lots of fruit trees. There is a fence around the property which provides privacy and allows you to enjoy the patio space. Lots of space available with a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and front room. Washer and dryer are in home as well. The largest room for rent also includes a large closet. Great space to call home!

Hi! I am a 34 yr old female. I have lived in this house for 4 years and absolutely love it! My last roommate of 3 yrs is moving and I am looking for someone to move in Aug. 1st! I am pretty easy going and am looking for a good person to move in- preferably who likes cats since I do have pets:) I clean up after myself- ya know, normal responsibility things- and am easy to get along with. I am a singer and practice music at home, but also respect other’s space as well. If you move in here you’re likely to gain more than a room, but also a group of friends and community.
