Looking for young professional in Cincinnati area to room with in 2 BR/2BA apartment. The apartment complex is called 500 Lafayette at Mt. Storm Park, it’s ~5 mins from UC campus. Apartment is already furnished with couches and multiple kitchen appliances. It also has in-unit washer and dryer.

6 month stay is preferable; however if you like the apartment we can work on having you take over the full lease

The complex is located within a beautiful park and is in a quiet residential building. It’s a very popular property, and tenants often stay for a long period of time because they love the building so much.

I am a medical resident in the area Nigerian - grew up in Tennessee; like to play basketball, stay at home; I work a lot so am not home often but like a quiet home environment when I am; No smoking or drinking please
