Evelyn's room

My home is in a pretty peaceful area of Brookside. There is 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rent is $850 monthly for room which includes all utilities as well as cable/Wifi. I will want rent to be paid weekly/bi-weekly on time. Neighbors are easy to get along with and pretty much mind their own business. The bathroom available for you to use will be shared with my 29 year old niece. The room available is 10x12 and has a king size mattress & box spring to sleep on. The room also has a small size 4 Chester drawer and closet for storage.

Myself, sister and my 29 year old niece reside at address. We have a 2 year old female dog that is Mountain Cur/ Lab Mix. She is very lovable and friendly. We are easy to get along with and expect renter to supply their own towels, wash cloths, and toiletries for bathroom. Also require renter to take turns cleaning bathroom used. Kitchen is available to cook and eat in I just ask for area used to be cleaned. No visitors are to stay over night in home. No washer or dryer to use. All personal and household items used will need to be supplied by renter. I look forward to hearing from you.
