This is a great rooom across the street from California State University. All utilities included (kitchen &dishwasher, washer dryer, wifi, private bathroom and garage.) I have excellent, quite roommates and the shared space is clean year round.

I was enrolled into California state University for the past two years and am no longer attending after I signed lease. I cannot afford rent and want to move out as soon as possible. You are not responsible for any previous expenses, only future monthly payments and we would split the security deposit. My roommates are friendly, nonsmoking, quite roommates who usually tend to their own rooms. The shared space is rarely used so the kitchen and living room are clean year round.
