Hi. I am Looking for 1 female roommate. Move in date is flexible. Non smokers. Lease is month to month, but looking for someone who would like to stay long term. Leases are per individual so each person is responsible for their own lease agreement.

The room has a basic twin bed if needed or can be furnished with your own furniture. Room has a ceiling fan.

I do have 2 cats so must be cat friendly and sorry no other pets are allowed as my cats would not get along with other pets. 1 rooms available and the main bathroom will be shared for the 2 rooms. You would be sharing a bathroom with another female aged 26 year old who works in at Disney. There is an alternating weekly cleaning schedule for the bathroom already in place. The place is 2.5 miles from the Target on 192. Close to Disney. It’s in a gated community with 2 heated pools. It also has a small area with a couple of treadmills/ellipticals in the clubhouse. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit. All rooms have been freshly painted. Main bathroom has a brand new tub/shower that was just installed. Also updated with all new appliances. The rent would be $775 plus utilities flat fee of $110 per month. The utilities included are internet, alarm security, water and electricity. Application fee is $100 per person.
