Only two people will be sharing a bathroom, although the third already has the master bedroom and his own bathroom. So far only one person is living in the house and looking for two more roomates.

The rent will only be $800. Per month with a security deposit of $800. All utilities will be split 3 ways.
You can use the living room, kitchen ( pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils ) backyard and hallway bathroom as a common place. This is a street parking only.
No smoking, drugs, parties, loud noise, quiet and respectful is a must. You will be required to pass background check and credit history will be check but not heavily determined.
One person works for kaiser hospital but works from home.
