Two-story, 4 bedroom single family home built in 2022. Owner occupied. Bedroom (13x11) is located upstairs with separate bathroom that will be solely used by renter. Currently have 2 rooms available (identical layout just flipped). Will only be renting out to one person. $750/mo for one room, $1300/mo for 2 rooms. This would be perfect for a single woman or single mother (no couples). If choosing one room I am ok with you sharing the room with one younger child, if you have more than one child or an older child then both rooms would need to be rented out. Upstairs bathroom would be all yours!

All utilities (water, gas, electric and garbage) and WIFI are included. Both rooms are furnished with queen size beds, nightstands, small chest of drawers and mounted smart tv. However, furniture can be removed if desired. This home features two living room areas, a large kitchen and a spare refrigerator in the garage that is available to store your food separately. Parking in the driveway available (2 spaces).

No drugs, no smoking. No overnight guests without prior discussion / approval from owner.

Owner is a mother and 2 children reside in home. Owner is a Christian woman and attends church regularly. Owner works from home in upstairs loft space Monday - Friday.
