Here is a little bit about our place -its a one of a kind place. Everything is updated and very nice. I have lived at a few different apts in various areas of white plains downtown area and this is the best by far. Looking for one roommate. Rent is $750 per month. The available bedroom is roughly 12 x 8 and large closet right outside the room. Rent includes heat and hot water. Electricity, cable, internet are paid separately (split between everyone). Everyone has their own private bedroom and the bathroom is only shared with one other person. One parking spot is included if you need it.

Great neighborhood, great location, close to all public transportation (train + bus), supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and stores. Right by downtown white plains. Safe and quiet place.

All roommates are quite and work between 7am - 6pm Monday thru Friday. We are young mix of professionals in the mid/late 20s to mid 30s - currently 2 males, 3 females. To give you an idea about us - we all get along very well - no drama - we all do are own thing but at the same time hangout with each other and go out together when we can. We all are active via gym, marathons, sports, etc.
