Completely furnished bedroom with private, en-suite bathroom for $1400 - all utilities included (gas, water, electric, Wifi). Furnished with a queen bed, Nectar queen mattress, comforter set (includes 2 cooling pillows, sheet set and mattress protector), 5 drawer chest, stand up desk, office chair, wooden shoe rack, laundry hamper and lamp. This room gets great sunlight throughout the day and has a huge walk in closet!

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. It’s a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. You’ll be living with a considerate 27 year old male engineer who enjoys gaming, working out and is a big Star Wars fan. He does not work from home so if you do, you’ll have the apartment to yourself most of the day. He has his own bedroom and private bathroom. The layout of the apartment is great, with the bedrooms being separated by the living room. In-unit washer and dryer. Ample sized balcony.

The apartment is located in a really safe, convenient location. Just a 30 minute drive to Philly! Walking distance to ShopRite, Aldi, restaurants (including a great bagel shop), etc. There is a nearby park that has tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball courts and a small pond. Great area to go walking or running around!

The apartment complex itself has a business center (where you can conveniently print if need be), a 24 hour fitness center (which includes 2 Pelotons), a grilling area and an outdoor pool that is currently open. This is a pet-friendly complex with many people walking their dogs around. The complex also offers concierge trash pickups which is a really nice perk. Just place your trash outside of the unit and they come pick it up in the evenings.

P.S. I currently occupy the room and can answer any questions you may have about what it’s like to live here. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would stay another year but I’m starting an AmeriCorps fellowship out in California so I need to move out. My cat is leaving as well so at the time of occupancy, the apartment will be pet-free.

Your roommate will be a 27 year old male engineer who enjoys gaming, working out and is a big Star Wars fan. He does not work from home. I’ve lived with him for almost a year and can honestly say he’s very considerate, accommodating and keeps the common areas clean. He’s someone willing to hang out with you so if you’re looking to be friends with your roommate, he’s the guy. We’ve ordered takeout, had plenty of movie nights and ventured out to Philly a few times together. Overall, chill guy!
