Taryn's room

Looking for a young professional (preferably female) roommate to rent a bedroom in my 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom single family home. $1200/month includes utilities. My bedroom is on the first floor with the full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with the half bath. I spend most of my time downstairs. Room can be partially furnished ( I have a bed frame and dresser as in photos) or I can remove these prior to you moving in.

Currently, I live alone with my two dogs (an Aussie mix and a chocolate lab) so any new person would have to be okay with dogs. They are almost 7 and 4 years old, respectively. I am a resident physician at Middlesex and work pretty long hours most months, though this fluctuates.
