We are looking for someone to sublease the apartment from now until May 1st, 2024. Two blocks from Pearl St. and a 6-minute bike ride from the CU Boulder campus, this creekside studio apartment is perfect for 1-2 people, with 1 bathroom and a full and well-functioning kitchen. The entire apartment is well maintained, has new blinds on the windows, and natural sunlight coming in through the south-facing window. Plus, you get to huddle around your own wood-burning fireplace once the snow starts falling. The property has a serene creekside table and swing surrounding the firepit for those social butterflies or bookworms who love a good reading destination. Plus, on-site parking, as well as laundry, are included. The one downside, however, is that you have to listen to the creek at night.

We are moving out of the apartment, so it would be just you! You would sign a new lease with the landlords of the building.
