About the room
Hi there all Females looking for a room :) I have a nice furnished room to rent. The rent includes utilities, high speed wifi, plus streaming channels such as Netflix And Amazon prime. Bathroom is shared with my daughter. Kitchen privileges and patio come with room as well. Washer and dryer as well. Come Memorial Day, our pool becomes available! That is included in rent as well. Parking is street parking which is close to house! A small security fee is required. It is given back with the proper amount with interest providing room is left in good shape. Also 45 days notice is required if moving to receive security back. I will apply it to your last month.
About the roomies
Your roommates would be myself and my 2 children. One is 17 and one is 26. The older one has a mini apartment in the finished basement and works overnights and sleeps during day. Bathroom would be shared with my daughter. We are Italian so we are very friendly and caring people!
