Just a bachelor pad basically, parking in driveway/ on street, just looking for a roomate who will do their dishes and not host a eager every weekend.

I’m 21, male, always at work or out of the house, just can’t float rent on my own. Only home in the evenings, have a few friends over for a fire or something every once in a while but don’t host any big parties.
