The house is split with just one other person, myself, and the third bedroom is set up as a guest room. Looking for a mature, stable, young professional female or graduate student who is clean, quiet, open, and communicative. I am a very clean person and a very light sleeper so extra emphasis on the cleanliness and quiet at night requirement!

I work full time during the week and live a very active life. I am very outdoorsy and am usually gone on the weekends traveling, backpacking, hiking, camping, or skiing. I also enjoy kayaking, trail running, dance, and working out and play slowpitch softball. I like to cook and expect the kitchen to be kept clean. I also have a cat who gets along well with other pets.
