Quite 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse on a shaded property in West Shreveport . Easy access to anywhere you need to go. It’s a room upstairs on the second floor with a walk in closet and private bath right next to the room in the hall.

I have one other person living with me, but we sleep in the downstairs bedroom. We both work but he is home a lot more than me . I’m out of town most of the time working but I enjoy peace and quite when home, we are not real big on company and can usually find us sitting in the recliner in the living room watching TV or cooking. We mind our business and keep to ourselves though I still would like a roommate that feels more like a friend instead of just someone renting and has a good personality and can put up with both of us when we do get a little rowdy at times lol, though like I said, I’m only home a few days out the month if I’m lucky .
