Looking to rent my master bedroom out, unfurnished. I work M-F from morning to mid afternoon. I keep the house quiet and cool. All rooms and laundry are upstairs. I work about 20-30 min away in Tempe as an athletic trainer. My 2 children (10 years ,12 years) also stay in my house part time. They are here 3 weekends a month, anywhere from 6-10 days a month. Super well behaved and respectful. I have a 2 car garage, 1/2 is filled with a garage gym. I can clear 1/4 for stuff if you need storage.
