About the House: Both of my current roommates are moving out so there are 2 rooms available in our 3 bed 1 bath house in Central Escondido, available starting August 15th. Rent is $900 per person which includes water, trash, landscaping, and your own room. Utilities normally come out to $40-$80 per person, per month, and WiFi is around $20 per person. We have a newly updated bathroom, kitchen, and dining room finished with a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and a generous island with a built-in stove. Throughout the house you’ll find wood flooring with ceiling fans in each room, as well as, A/C and heat. We have our own laundry room attached to the house with both a washer and dryer, as well as a shed at the end of our driveway to store anything you might feel necessary. My current roommate furnished the whole house so with her leaving we’ll have some space to fill. If you currently have any living room furniture that could be helpful, no worries if not though! We have our own large front yard and a shared backyard that a couple smaller units behind us have access to. Our driveway is able to fit 5-6 cars so it’s perfect for having friends over and we never have to worry about running out of space! Although there is only 1 bathroom, we’ve never had any issues sharing it and there is more than enough storage and space for everyone! In addition, our landlord unfortunately doesn’t allow any pets. 3 min from Grand Ave. 5 min from Vons, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Better Buzz, etc. 7 min from Target (necessities of course) 10 min from Westfield Mall 10-15 min to CSUSM, Palomar, etc. 30 min from beach 30-50 min from Downtown San Diego depending on traffic

I’m 26 and working towards a degree in business administration. I currently work as an accounting and payroll administrative assistant and am gone 8-5 every day. I love spending time with my friends and family when I have free time. I’m pretty relaxed when at home and tend to stay to myself more often than not. I would love a couple of roommates who’d like to hangout every once in a while though. I enjoy going to festivals and listening to house music. I love going to the beach or going on coffee dates with my boyfriend. I am currently in school so homework takes up most of my days. When I get home from work I usually make dinner, do some homework, shower, and spend some time either on my phone, watching movies before going to bed. I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, honest, responsible and communicates well. Someone who doesn’t take things too seriously.
