Two rooms for rent, each with an ensuite OR private bathroom, large closets, and full house privileges.'s room

We are renting two rooms and tenants would have full house privileges. One of the rooms for is UNFURNISHED with an ensuite full bathroom, and closet. The second bedroom for rent is furnished with a MURPHY BED and completely encased mattress (tenant may use their own mattress if they prefer), a long built in desk and ample storage in the closet, which can serve as a home office. There is also a full bathroom across the hall from the second bedroom for tenant’s private use.

There are a multitude of resort style amenities offered to the tenants such as pool with cabanas, spa, tennis courts and parks. Our home is close to 5 freeway, and is in close proximity to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants, as well as Irvine Valley College, the Great Park and Irvine Spectrum.

All pools in the community, plus all common areas in the home such as: the kitchen, deck, living/family room, TV, garage and a powder room on the second floor are also accessible to tenant.
