Room with private bathroom, just one other person living on the premises, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to I5 and 405. There are no pets in the house.

I am a very clean and organized person, I keep everything clean at all times, I am quiet and respectful of my roommate’s privacy, don’t smoke or do any drugs. I am looking for a mature(no drama) quiet, clean, organized and respectful roommate; no smoking or drug use on or around the property. When using the kitchen I expect the individual to clean afterwards, and leave everything as it was, keep your room and bathroom clean, no food in the bedroom. Thank you.
