Olivia's room

We have one bedroom available in a 4 bed, 3 Bath house. The room available has its own full bathroom. We have a large backyard and nice outdoor space. The house and yard are kept clean by the current tennents. Laundry is in unit and there are 2 garage parking spaces with plenty of room to park on the driveway as well. Though this is a 4 bedroom house, only 3 people live in it at a time meaning it is spacious.

The neighborhood is quiet and slow paced with mostly young families living nearby. There is easy access to Spring Creek Trail and Rolland Moore park a few blocks from the house as well as 2 bus stops a 10 minute walk. Located a 10 minute bike ride to CSU and a 10 minute drive to Old Town.

Currently, I am the only person living in the property. I have one semester left in school and work at a flower shop. I am busy during the day, but enjoy the peace of my home in the evenings including day debriefs with roommates and dinner. I value a clean, quiet, and restful home however, I do not mind the house being the place of small social gatherings and dinner parties. I love the outdoors (especially working in the yard) and I enjoy cooking and being active.
