2nd bedroom is available in our shared townhouse. The bedroom is a good size, ideal for students and people who are just really getting their footing I think but again we are open to all. Bedroom is approximately 11x12ft to give you a sense of the space. Large kitchen and living room. Washer/Dryer in-house and available as well. Lastly we are conveniently located which is great so any part of town for the most part is relatively easy to get to. We are 7-9 minutes from SoFi stadium. 10-15 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes to downtown, 15-20 minutes to El Segundo, Redondo beach, so like I said we aren’t far from anything. Convenience is key. Room is available for immediate occupancy and viewing.

As to us we are a house of two guys and one girl. One is a photographer and creative director for Essentia Water, the other is a choreography dancer, and myself… I’m a broadcast engineer for AEG worldwide. I work in sports broadcast media. As a house we have been here for about 5 yrs or so and our primary purpose for this place is a means to save money, put ourselves in the best financial shape we can be for our future moves. For me that is eventually being able to buy a home. All-in-all we are all incredibly respectful to one another maintain a level of cleanliness and another and are all adults so for us communication is key. We are all pretty busy in our respective careers, so all we are looking for is an adult, someone who knows how to communicate, responsible, cleans up after themselves, and looking for a simple space.
