Christa's room

This charming furnished house is located in a very nice neighborhood 4 minutes from downtown Aiken. I’m renting out the master bedroom it’s a huge, furnished room that has a closet and sofa in it. The bigger lawn is in the back but also has a nice lawn out front. Washer n Dryer included as well as 2 big beautiful furnished living rooms. You will also have your own bathroom with a shower. Landlord pays up to $200 a month for utilities so you will only be splitting the rest with me which is only electric and water plus the internet which I pay 67.00 a month.

I moved here in February and love it! It is only myself living here and there is a no pet policy. I am 53 but young at heart and get along with everyone.
