1 bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The condo unit is located upstairs. The rent is $800.00 monthly. There is a refundable down deposit of $800.00. The water and wi-fi are included. But the gas and electricity will be splitted into 3, including me. It is a gated community with several swimming pools, physical fitness gym and tennis court. The parking space is one per condo unit. There are a lots of parking spaces available which first come first serve basis. No pets allowed. Strictly no illegal substance and smoking inside the house.

The present renter enjoyed living in the condo. He is quiet , respectful, clean and workaholic person. He will be your roommate for I am not staying at the condo. Sometimes though I visit if really necessary.
