The property is located in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors, close to the outlets. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. I am renting one of the rooms upstairs. You will have your own bathroom upstairs as well. The room is unfurnished with central air. Common areas are: kitchen, living room, patios. Shared refrigerator, washer and dryer. Parking is available in the guest parking and plenty of street parking as well. There is also a community pool. Rent is $1000 each including utilities and wifi. Rental agreement will be month to month.

I am respectful and clean. I am a working professional. COVID vaccinated. I am neat and tidy and and am looking for someone who is the same. I am laid back and easy going. I am outgoing but also like to keep to myself. When I am not working I’m usually at the gym or spending time with friends. Please no drama! No smoking cigarettes, drugs, overnight guests. I prefer no pets but not a deal breaker. Smoking weed in the patio is fine. Background check and credit check will be needed for the application.
