Hi, My roommate and I are looking for another roommate or 2, to take over the rent of two rooms we have available in our house. Rent is 400 all utilities except wifi is not included there is street parking and side parking available . We do have pets so unfortunately can’t take on anymore and we would prefer a female. We are both 24 and female. One of us is a nurse and the other is going back to school to pursue business both super friendly like going out and Hiking and traveling.
