It is situated in South Durham, within walking distance of Southpoint Mall and Renaissance Center. Additionally, it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to Target and Aldi. The townhouse is conveniently located fifteen minutes away from downtown. The available room is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, featuring a separate shower and garden tub, along with a spacious walk-in closet. Please note that the room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is already furnished. As a pet-free home, we have made this decision due to my daughter’s allergies.
